Delicious and easy chicken fajitas made in the air fryer with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds or wrap them in foil and place in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Serve the fajita mixture on tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for an hour before cooking.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like zucchini or corn.
