Description

A refreshing berry salad with a tangy lime honey dressing, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 5 oz blueberries
  • 5 oz blackberries
  • 5 oz raspberries
  • 1 lime (juiced, about 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed)

Instructions

  1. Add the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries to a large salad bowl.
  2. Make dressing. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl using a whisk or fork until well combined.
  3. Drizzle dressing over berries. Gently toss to coat.
  4. Top salad with fresh mint leaves and serve or cover and chill until served.

Notes

  • For best flavor, serve immediately or chill for a short time before serving.
  • Feel free to add other berries or fruits according to your taste.
