Description

A classic grilled cheese sandwich made with sourdough bread and a blend of sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Grate the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses for better melting.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice mayo-side down in a skillet and top with both cheeses.
  4. Add the second slice of bread mayo-side up to form a sandwich.
