Description

Delicious no-bake cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup mashed banana
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325℉.
  2. In a large mixing bowl or mixer, mix together all the ingredients.
  3. Using a large cookie scoop, drop 12 scoops of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten the cookies slightly with your hand (they won’t flatten while they bake).
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, until cookies start to brown on the bottom and edges.

Notes

  • Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for a week.
  • For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
