- 2 large whole eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Oregano (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into your desired shape.
- Sprinkle oregano or your choice of seasonings on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven, let cool completely, then slice.
