Description

A deliciously rich and creamy fudge made with dark chocolate, dried cherries, and a hint of vanilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  2. In a saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in chopped dried cherries evenly.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Press extra cherries on top for garnish.
  7. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Lift fudge using parchment and cut into squares.
