Delicious lemon-flavored white chocolate squares that are perfect for a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 oz., recommended Nestle Toll House)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest (plus additional to sprinkle on top)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a double boiler or a heat-proof bowl set over a small saucepan with simmering water over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until all of the chips have melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly and sprinkle additional lemon zest over the top, if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Notes
- For best results, use good quality white chocolate chips for melting.
