- 1 medium head green cabbage
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into thick slices (about 1 inch wide).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Place cabbage slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and brush generously with garlic butter. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown around the edges.
- Serve hot, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the steaks for added flavor.
