Description

A delicious creamy dish combining steak, cheese-filled tortellini, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz flank or sirloin steak
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 9 oz fresh cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove and drain and set aside.
  2. Create Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic and spinach, simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  3. Combine: Slice rested steak against the grain, return it to the skillet along with cooked tortellini, tossing everything together until well-coated.

Notes

  • For best results, let steak rest before slicing.
