A delicious creamy dish combining steak, cheese-filled tortellini, and fresh spinach.
Ingredients

- 8 oz flank or sirloin steak
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 9 oz fresh cheese-filled tortellini
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove and drain and set aside.
- Create Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic and spinach, simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Combine: Slice rested steak against the grain, return it to the skillet along with cooked tortellini, tossing everything together until well-coated.
Notes
- For best results, let steak rest before slicing.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
