Description

A creamy and flavorful gluten-free pasta dish featuring Boursin cheese and fresh garlic.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz gluten-free pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (5 oz) Boursin cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the Boursin cheese and whisk until melted and smooth. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
