A creamy and flavorful gluten-free pasta dish featuring Boursin cheese and fresh garlic.
Ingredients

- 12 oz gluten-free pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package (5 oz) Boursin cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the Boursin cheese and whisk until melted and smooth. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Fresh herbs such as parsley or basil make great garnishes.
- You can use other types of gluten-free pasta as well.
