- 1 pound large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter with minced garlic and drizzle it over the cooked skewers before serving.

- For best results, use fresh shrimp when possible.
- Adjust the level of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
