- 8 oz linguine
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and heat through (2-3 minutes).
- Add reserved pasta water, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer until slightly thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Toss in drained linguine until well coated in sauce (1-2 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Serve warm.

- This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
