Description

A refreshing fruit salad featuring a variety of berries and stone fruits, topped with a maple ginger dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 cups peaches (pitted and chopped, leave skin-on)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground or minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp basil (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp mint (chopped)
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare serving bowl. Choose a large bowl for your salad and add the fruit in layers or in sections or toss depending on the look you like.
  2. Make dressing. Mix together dressing ingredients in a mason jar or large measuring cup or bowl.
  3. Add dressing and serve. Drizzle dressing over the fruit salad and serve or chill then serve before serving if chilling.

Notes

  • This salad is best served fresh but can be made a few hours in advance and chilled in the refrigerator.
