A refreshing fruit salad featuring a variety of berries and stone fruits, topped with a maple ginger dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 2 cups peaches (pitted and chopped, leave skin-on)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground or minced ginger
- 1 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mint (chopped)
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Prepare serving bowl. Choose a large bowl for your salad and add the fruit in layers or in sections or toss depending on the look you like.
- Make dressing. Mix together dressing ingredients in a mason jar or large measuring cup or bowl.
- Add dressing and serve. Drizzle dressing over the fruit salad and serve or chill then serve before serving if chilling.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh but can be made a few hours in advance and chilled in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits based on availability or seasonal choices.
