This delicious cinnamon oatmeal bake is a perfect breakfast option loaded with protein and flavor.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour half the mixture into the baking dish.
- Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over batter.
- Top with remaining oatmeal mixture and gently swirl.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze before serving.
Notes
- This can be served warm or at room temperature.
