Description

This delicious cinnamon oatmeal bake is a perfect breakfast option loaded with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour half the mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over batter.
  6. Top with remaining oatmeal mixture and gently swirl.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
  8. Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze before serving.
