Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, and sea salt.
- Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix well using a spatula or your hands until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Place balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set. Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
