A delicious and healthy no-bake snack packed with protein and chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, and sea salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well using a spatula or your hands until a thick dough forms.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  5. Place balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set. Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
