Description

These ranch seasoned oyster crackers are a delicious snack that is easy to make and great for parties!


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 packet (1 ounce / 3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning mix)
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill (optional, but recommended)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add oyster crackers to a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, ranch seasoning, dill (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crackers and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the crackers in an even layer onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway.
