These ranch seasoned oyster crackers are a delicious snack that is easy to make and great for parties!

- 1 bag (9-10 ounces) oyster crackers
- ¼ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 packet (1 ounce / 3 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning mix)
- ½ teaspoon dried dill (optional, but recommended)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add oyster crackers to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, ranch seasoning, dill (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the crackers in an even layer onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool completely; they will crisp as they cool.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
