This hearty kielbasa and cabbage skillet is a quick and delicious weeknight meal.

- 1 lb kielbasa sausage (sliced)
- 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 medium carrots (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Shred the cabbage, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and sliced carrots; cook until vegetables wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and caraway seeds; mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
