- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cinnamon mixture evenly.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon layer, then sprinkle diced strawberries on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

- For best results, ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
