- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry jello mix with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and allow to cool slightly.
- Once cooled but not set, stir in the thawed strawberries.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined for desired fluffiness.
- Add mini marshmallows and mix gently to incorporate.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, fold in additional whipped cream.
- Feel free to add fresh strawberries on top for garnish.
