Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry jello mix with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Once cooled but not set, stir in the thawed strawberries.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined for desired fluffiness.
  4. Add mini marshmallows and mix gently to incorporate.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
