Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook another 30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment between.
- Fill with sweet or savory toppings and serve.
Notes
- This batter can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Crepes can be frozen; separate layers with parchment paper.
