- 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the boneless chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat well with the spice blend.
- Drizzle avocado oil over the seasoned chicken and mix to thoroughly coat.
- Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray tops of chicken bites with avocado oil cooking spray.
- Place small pieces of butter on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
- Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully.
- Let the chicken bites rest for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm or cool for meal prep.
