A delicious recipe for grilled chicken sliders topped with cherry barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and pickles.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup cherry barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup coleslaw (for topping)
- 1/4 cup pickles (sliced, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the cherry barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Chop the grilled chicken into small pieces.
- Place a portion of the chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with coleslaw and pickles, then cover with the top half of the bun.
