- 2 cups frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Add the frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey if desired.
- Poor into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
