Description

A refreshing tropical smoothie made with strawberries, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut milk. Blend on medium speed until everything is well mixed and a smooth texture is achieved.
  2. Add honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate the sweetener evenly.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached, adjusting the amount of ice to your preference for thickness.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy! Garnish with a strawberry slice or pineapple wedge if desired.
