- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut milk. Blend on medium speed until everything is well mixed and a smooth texture is achieved.
- Add honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate the sweetener evenly.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached, adjusting the amount of ice to your preference for thickness.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy! Garnish with a strawberry slice or pineapple wedge if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave syrup.
